Client acknowledges that Annette Gardner is the Author of the Image(s) and also the first and sole owner of all copyrights of the Image(s). The Image(s) and all copyrights remain the exclusive property of Annette Gardner Photography without limitation. All usage rights to the Image(s) specifically granted by Annette Gardner Photography to Client are as follows for Client Gallery:

Client may print, share, and use photos for personal or professional profile use. Photos may be cropped to other sizes.

The use of any Image(s) by Client will not constitute a work of joint authorship.

Unless otherwise agreed, Annette Gardner retains the right to use the Image(s) for her self-promotion.

Client will not make or permit any alterations, including, but not limited to, filters, additions, subtractions, or adaptations, with respect of the Image(s), alone or with any other material, without the prior express permission of Annette Gardner Photography. Doing so may result in your gallery being permanently removed from my website and a request to remove the altered image(s) from your social media.

All usage rights to the Image(s) specifically granted by Annette Gardner Photography to Client are as follows for purchased Fine Art Prints:

Client may display print(s) in home or office.

Client may not resell, reproduce, scan, or in any other way use or alter the print.
